Week of December 15th


Ride the Wave to Learning…

Reading- Students will practice using their context clues to determine unfamiliar words in Christmas themed texts.

ELA- Students will begin writing their problem section and procedures section of their Action Plan.

Math- This week we’ll continue discussing comparing fractions and equivalent fractions.  

Science- Students will begin learning about electricity.

Social Studies- Students will continue learning about the Declaration of Independence. (Test on Declaration Friday)

Dec. 19th – Half Day for Students; Dismissal @ 11:00am; Christmas Party at 9:30-10:15am

Surfer of the Week

Sandra is our surfer of the week. She has displayed the life skill of integrity. She is always acting according to what is right and wrong. Way to go Sandra!
Homework for the Week:
Read 30 minutes for 100 Book Challenge every night.
*Get papers signed
*Begin planning out your steps to complete your action plan. Review the Action Plan Rubric to make sure you complete every part.
